Shipping- Delivery Information
Under normal circumstances, your order will be delivered on the delivery date specified in the Shipping Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within 30 days from the date of shipment confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances. If there is reason to believe that the delivery may be delayed, we will try to contact you.
It is also clarified that the delivery time of the working day is only valid for products that are labeled 'Available'. Where the goods ordered are indicated by 'request' and 'expected soon' delivery time exceeds the specified working days since the items are specifically ordered from us for each client separately.
We regret that we cannot accept orders for delivery to a post office box address or orders from people whose address contains a PO Box number. There may be other types of addresses which, from time to time, we will not be able to accept orders for delivery.
Notwithstanding the above paragraph, deliveries will be made to the address you specify. From the time of delivery, the risk for the goods passes to you. If you choose a business address, we will be deemed to have delivered the product to the intended recipient by delivering in the lobby of the business address.
A "working Day" means any day (other than Saturday, Sunday or public holiday).
The delivery may be delayed due to the volume of orders.
Your phone number will be listed on the package you will receive in order to facilitate the delivery process.
